Staalbaek IT Dev ApS, trading as Groove Inc, CVR 41564571, Fynshovedvej 584, 5390 Martofte, Denmark, is the data controller for this website (grooveinc.dk) under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish Data Protection Act (databeskyttelsesloven).
This site does not use a contact form, analytics, tracking pixels, or cookies of any kind. The only information we receive is what you choose to send us directly — by emailing admin@grooveinc.dk, calling +45 3115 5327, or otherwise reaching out. That typically means your name, contact details, and whatever you tell us about your business or project.
This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser makes a request to Google's servers, which receive your IP address as part of that request. We don't control this data flow beyond choosing to use Google Fonts; Google's own privacy policy describes how it's handled on their end.
We process the information you send us to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to deliver and invoice an engagement. The legal basis is either taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract, performance of a contract with you, or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries sent to us directly.
If we don't end up working together, we keep enquiry correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to conclude that conversation. If an engagement goes ahead, related records are kept for as long as Danish bookkeeping law (bogføringsloven) requires — currently five years from the end of the relevant financial year.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion of it, restrict or object to our processing, and request a copy in a portable format. You can exercise any of these by contacting us at admin@grooveinc.dk. If you're not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet.
Loading Google Fonts involves a transfer of your IP address to Google, which may process data outside the EU/EEA. Google participates in recognised transfer mechanisms (including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses) intended to provide an adequate level of protection for such transfers.
